A fantastic client transformation
2 STONE IN 13 WEEKS.
I love a good transformation.
I’ve posted about Ania before. Just before Christmas she has now achieved 2 stone weight loss. It has taken her 13 weeks, and I see her once a week. I think that’s amazing. Ania pushes herself in the gym on her own, and practices what we go through in the studio together.
Today she deadlifted 80kg.
Ania didn’t have to drastically change her lifestyle. She was nervous in the beginning, like a lot of my clients are. It started with holding in the core muscles throughout the day and drinking more water.
We changed things slowly and did things one step at a time. In the studio together we train with weights and we laugh. A lot. Sometimes we dance to 80’s hits between sets.

Ania hasn’t stopped yet, but smashing this major milestone just before Christmas hopefully feels amazing. The best thing is, having started before January Ania can now go into the New Year knowing that she can hit the ground running. The hardest part is over – starting.
I look forward to posting more amazing photos of Ania, and also capturing her experiences on camera soon… Although we do not focus on weight loss throughout training, it is great to see the data reflect the hard work. Ania’s muscle mass has also increased, and we have also talked about how her energy has improved throughout the day. These are all major indicators that you are losing bodyfat without having to jump on the scales.
