A great fitness transformation

I’m getting some really great transformations from clients who are putting the hard work in, and i’m looking forward to posting more in the next few weeks – this is one of them!
This week Mike celebrated his 2 stone weight loss goal.
In my last transformational post, I spoke about lifestyle change, and how that was the most important factor in any great transformation. Mike has done so well here, because he has made key lifestyle changes that have helped him achieve this result.
Mike came to me with a weight loss goal in October. This is his 5 month transformation.
Mike worked through a training programme that allowed him to increase his strength as well as improve his fitness levels. 10k obstacle runs kept Mike motivated throughout his training, and the difficulty of each run was a key measurement of progress.
As well as working hard in the studio, we worked together to design a non invasive nutritional structure that would fit in with Mike’s busy work schedule. By focusing on qualitiy nutritional changes, we were able to support the hard work Mike was doing in the studio and aid the recovery process during the long distance runs.
THE BEST WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS COME FROM FOCUSING ON PERFORMANCE.
During the last 5 months, Mike has made steady progress with his fitness levels, and now we have moved the goal posts and set new targets. Now we can focus on maintaining muscle mass, and trying more advanced exercises.
