Your first visit is a chance for you to meet us, see the studio and talk to us about your goals in more detail. We want to know about your experiences, what you’ve tried before, what’s worked, what hasn’t and what’s important to you. We want to create a blueprint unique to you so that we can meet you at your level. We want to know how to give you value.
Understanding how we can work with you
In your first hour with us we’ll take you through a short routine that allows us to understand and write the best programme. We’ll look at you how you move, what your balance is like, your body awareness, core control, flexibility and range of movement. This isn’t a test you can pass or fail, but it allows us hit the ground running.

A consultation first training session
This first training session has a consultation style. This allows us to get the best information so make sure you bring your training kit. We’ll do some moving towards the end and take you through the different equipment. This is entirely unique to you, so don’t worry if you can’t do something. This is your session to feel comfortable.

We are your coaches. We’ll take you through nutritional support, help you understand why diets might not have worked before and how this is different. We are exercise specialists. If you have injuries, we’ll make you feel confident again.
