You’re with 3 other people who want the same thing – balance. You’ll be taken through the entire process, from start to finish. Mobility, flexibility; the most important strength exercises for longevity and results. We’ll include HIIT, so don’t worry, it’s not just big shoulders and tiny vests. It’s for strong cores, it’s for heart health and better sleep. It’s for a better mind and body.
It’s a joint effort between all of you
Spot each other, learn what good technique looks like from seeing each other work. Learn your limits by being swept up with the group dynamic. We’ll be using all the 1-2-1 equipment, and the studio is still private. This is a group session small enough to tailor to specific needs so it will still feel personal, while having all the benefits of group exercise.

Strength is the ingredient. Health is the result. Strength for men & women in equal measure will mean that all the goals you’ve spoken about in your consultation become available. From massive calorie output, to quality muscle tone – you’ll get stronger joints, cardiovascular health and better mental health. We sell strength training as a priority, but don’t get us wrong. We’ve got cardio too.

We have an array of training systems to take advantage of. Fine, to be truly strong you might need the barbell. But huge core strength comes from accessing dormant muscle, mastering TRX and taking on the battle ropes. None of this is out of reach; each session will grow as you do. Combine these systems to become the fit person you want to be.
We’re committed to you and want to give you consistency. We want to give you a space in the diary to make your own. We also know that you’ll have the odd meeting pop up, or go on holiday. With our direct debit option this is reflected in the price but you get the consistency you need for results.
