I see personal training as your solution to fitness
When you decide to reclaim your health it is important that any time you spend doing it is going to lead to success.
I see a lot of people with good intentions who have joined gyms, and left them. I see lots of people who have then joined them again, this time with family memberships and still not used them. These can often be costly mistakes with multiple memberships.
I speak to clients regularly about how busy they are, and to them time management is key. They know that the valuable time they take away from their business is doing exactly what they need it to, and that there is no chance of it being wasted or lost.
My point of view is this:
When speaking to someone who has committed themselves to building a successful business, they want to know that when they’re investing their time in themselves again it is done using expert knowledge, experience, and coaching.
Something often overlooked about personal training is it is appointment based, private, and bespoke to you. You’ve entered into a commitment with me. If you don’t let me down, I won’t let you down
Today a client I have seen for just a few months who has just started to reinvest his time in his health has lost close to 2 stone. This wasn’t done in a gym, on a treadmill.
It was done using exercise that is going to make his body stronger. By working on his ability to move with good flexibility. By increasing his core strength, and improving his cardiovascular health.
THE BEST THING IS, BOTH THIS CLIENT AND MYSELF HAVE ENJOYED GETTING THERE.
