Project_Reach is a big deal.
We love targets, deadlines and goals in personal training and nothing motivates us more like a transformation. Project_Reach is a 12 week programme with a professional photoshoot to finish.
We want to be clear here – this is to showcase your results.
If you want to lose 2 stone, this is for you, if your goal is to build muscle and get a 6-pack; the shoot is yours. Included within the programme is access to up to 3 personal training sessions every week during the run up to this big event, so we’ve got your frequency covered. It’s up to you how many sessions you want to make during this time, these will be booked each week via our online portal.
We want to give you the coaching and instruction, the mobility and flexibility and the strength and cardiovascular training that you get in a 1-2-1 personal training session, and add in the energy that you get within an amazing group dynamic.
The Project_Reach 12 week programme includes:
– Access to 3 personal training sessions weekly
– Nutritional framework
– Email check in with your personal trainers
– Accountability sessions in studio
– A professional photoshoot to showcase your results
This is a confidence shoot and we want to show off personality, character and effort. We want candid, relaxed and natural shots for every client who takes part in this programme, so that’s why we’ve got an experienced photographer who knows how to get the best results.
To get you camera confident we’ll guide you through the whole process.
As your personal trainers, we’ll be able to direct and guide you through the shoot so that you feel confident in front of the camera. This is the opposite of posey; you’ll be able to choose the exercises that you’re most excited about and the look you’re going for. If you’re not sure, we’ll have some ideas!
