Want to put on lean muscle?

I see a lot of different fitness goals as the weeks go by. I see a lot of different transformations.
Sometimes the goal is to put on weight.
Neil came to me because he wanted to change his body. He wanted lean muscle, he wanted more size, and to work towards getting a solid core. This is another fantastic transformation, where the result is 11lb of weight gain!
In 10 weeks Neil is almost a stone heavier, but check this out. His bodyfat is almost unchanged.
Neil worked with me over the past 10 weeks to learn how to train in order to add size, without adding body fat. We structured his diet to make sure he was recovering from his training and as Neil has a busy & hectic work life, it was important that this fit in and around his job.
That meant that he could take away advice and techinque we covered in session, and apply it to his own workouts, and his daily routines.
Now Neil is continuing to progress his physique, and develop his technique in the studio, where we can push his goals even further.
