THE PUSH IT PACK

12 weeks is usually the timeframe associated for a fitness transformation. This is a bodybuilders timeline and that’s offseason to stage ready; 3 months is a long time for a client to commit to a strict diet plan and hard training routine while often adding pressure to family and partners.

This will be an 8 week programme, and much more appealing than 3 months.
The Push It Pack is something I’ve designed for my clients and at 8 weeks long it is much more appealing than 3 months to someone that wants to make big changes. This will be finished before Christmas and everyone who completes it will enter December feeling pretty confident!

It’s dress season, it’s suit season.

WHAT IS THE PUSH IT PACK?
It is extra focus. A client centred photoshoot after 8 weeks of great nutrition and exercise to reflect each and every client effort. The opposite of moody, or forced; this shoot will be candid and relaxed. Some of the best shots may be of clients warming up, laughing, looking fit and healthy. I want to show off all the hard work of my client base, as well as people who haven’t worked with me as a personal trainer before.

I have organised a day of shooting with an expert fitness photographer who knows what to look for, which exercises will show off your hard work, and knows how to make everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera.

The result? In a few years time you can look back at the photographs of you feeling and looking great and think “I did this. This was my hard work”.

One really important point – the shoot is optional. If you work with me on this programme you can opt not to take part, but you would be more than welcome to come and watch.

4: PROFESSIONAL PHOTOSHOOT DESIGNED TO HIGHLIGHT YOUR HARD WORK, WITH COPIES OF YOUR FAVOURITE IMAGES AFTER THE SHOOT.
